At Home Physical Therapy is a clinician owned and operated outpatient physical and occupational therapy practice that delivers care to people in their own homes.  Instead of patients needing to travel distances to a clinic, our clinic travels to them!  We offer the same highly specialized therapy found in outpatient clinics but provide it in people’s homes to effectively address the physical conditions that only physical therapy and occupational therapy can uniquely treat.
